RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. We strongly suggest that you check our size charts. If you have reviewed all the sizing charts and still are unsure, please message us before placing your order. We are more than happy to assist with sizing questions.
We currently do not accept returns as each item is custom made, but can offer exchanges on error or damaged items from shipping within 7 days of delivery date as shown on shipment tracking. This excludes all custom orders and size errors. No Exceptions.
To exchange an item, please contact us and request an exchange. As all our items are custom made to order, the acceptance of an exchange will be based off of each circumstance. Once we receive your item in original condition (unwashed and unworn), with original tags, we will offer the exchange of the same item. Additional charges may apply. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to exchange their items.
