Shipping Policy
PICK UP IN STORE
We are now offering pick up in store option at check out. We are offering this pick up service at our Burlington location (see addresses below) Monday through Sunday. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for pick up after your order has been placed. Once your order is ready for pick up we will reach out to you to arrange a date and time that works for both of us!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. We strongly suggest that you check our size charts. If you have reviewed all the sizing charts and still are unsure, please message us before placing your order. We are more than happy to assist with sizing questions. We currently do not accept returns as each item is custom made, but can offer exchanges on error or damaged items from shipping within 7 days of delivery date as shown on shipment tracking. This excludes all custom orders. No Exceptions.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow 10 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping times vary based on the shipping address provided and ship speed but we always aim for our orders to be shipped out in 1-2 weeks. Please note that shipping delays may occur during high demand periods like sale events or holidays.
WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse or flagship store located in Burlington, ON.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a Canada Post or FedEx tracking number. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam, junk and promotions folders...sometimes they are hiding!
